About

Dear all! This blog was created with other fellow creative souls in mind. I’d love to share some of my decoupage projects with you, hear your (true!) opinion and perhaps offer some tips and ‘how to’ advice.

  1. I just discovered your site. I love absolutely everything you do! Do you sell your work?

  2. Hi Leah! Thanks a lot for your kind words and no, I do not sell them, just give away… to my friends and family. Is there anything you would fancy for yourself? It may sound crazy but I could make a piece for you and send it to your address (hope you’re from around, i.e. UK or at least Europe :))

  3. How wonderfully thoughtful of you, but no, I live in California (USA). You should check out http://www.etsy.com. If you’re not familiar with Etsy, it’s a site where talented people (like you!) can sell their artwork/crafts. I’m betting you’d be incredibly successful there! People from all around the world sell their work on Etsy. I’ve even bought supplies for
some future projects there (from a person in Australia, no less). I’m going to be setting
up my own Etsy shop in the future (hopefully!) so the only experience I’ve had with it so far is buying things, not selling. It has been around a long time and is quite popular with art & craft lovers of all types. You might also like this site: http://www.craftgawker.com. You can post pictures of your creations there and link back to your blog. You’ll love it!

  4. Hi again, of course I know Etsy :), but I did not think that people are willing to pay postage fees to have sth shipped from overseas, unless of course, it’s sth extraordinary. Perhaps I should take your advice and set up a space of my own over there… hmmm… I like Americans being very proactive about stuff, I like the ‘let’s do it’ attitude. Us here, I think we’re being very contemplative about ways/possibilities of making money, especially in terms of ‘small, home based businesses’. And with that on mind, I’m positive you’ll be ever so much successful in your own endeavour. What sort of crafting are you into? May I see your stuff somewhere? ps. thanks for the craftgawker, will give it a proper inspection once my little one goes to bed…. not soon though :)!

  5. You make such a beautiful artwork. We love them. We are informing you that we have nominated you for the Liebster Award.

  7. That’s the nicest thing I’ve heard in along time! Thanks a lot Daneille. Should be posting two more projects very soon, just need to find some time in between breastfeeding my 5 weeks old sweet little boy 🙂
